Clients provided with skills in resilience, nutrition, exercise, and personal coaching to help them learn, transform, and sustain the new healthy lifestyle. We cover the 12 essential basic dimensions of a whole person. And prove the success of the program with biometrics at the beginning and end of the 12weeks and then again at the end of the year.
Private sessions – 12- 2 hour weekly session with YOUR 2 coaches provided virtually followed by 9 monthly group sessions on various dimensions and wellness topics. Unlimited email access to your coaches. 2 midcourse sessions with a counselor to support the change process (private clients)
Small group classes – 2hrs a week for 12 weeks offered virtually. We cover the essential basic dimensions of a whole person (12 of them). By working in small groups we create small supportive communities that share with each other. Further support is through 9 monthly group sessions on various dimensions and topics.
